- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped finely
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- dash of garlic salt
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- chopped fresh parsley
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients.
- Beat until smooth, using food processor or electric mixer.
- Spread evenly on a 12-inch plate (pizza plate).
- Spread chili
- sauce evenly over cheese, leaving 3/4-inch margin.
- Sprinkle crabmeat over chili sauce.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve with crackers.
- Makes 3 1/2 cups.
