Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. chili sauce
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • chopped fresh parsley

Method

  • Combine first 6 ingredients.
  • Beat until smooth, using food processor or electric mixer.
  • Spread evenly on a 12-inch plate (pizza plate).
  • Spread chili
  • sauce evenly over cheese, leaving 3/4-inch margin.
  • Sprinkle crabmeat over chili sauce.
  • Garnish with parsley.
  • Serve with crackers.
  • Makes 3 1/2 cups.
