Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake ( prepared)
  • 2 cup boiling water
  • 1 packages jell-o lemon gelatin (6oz)
  • 1 packages jell-o lemon instant pudding (3.4oz)
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 3 cup cool whip ( thawed)

Method

  • pierce prepared cake with fork, at 1/2 inch intervals
  • mix boiling water with gelatin; stir for 2 min.
  • until completely dissolved
  • carefully pour gelatin over cake
  • refrigerate for 3 hours
  • beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with wisk for 2 min; add cool whip
  • frost the cake with pudding mixture; refrigerate 1 hour
