Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb kale, stems removed
- 12 cup raisins
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
Method
- heat oil in a stock pot.
- tear kale leaves and add to the pot.
- saute until kale becomes soft (about 8 min).
- stir in remaining ingredients.
