Ingredients
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix (or Lemon, If You Want A Real Lemony Cake; 18 Ounce Box)
- 2/3 cups Vegetable Oil
- 2/3 cups Water
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 box Lemon Instant Jello Pudding, 3 Ounce Box
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Extract
- 1-1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
Method
- Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes (when a toothpick comes out clean). When cake is done baking, remove from pan and let cool on a plate.
- Glaze: mix the powdered sugar, lemon juice and butter until smooth, drizzle on cake.
