Ingredients

  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix (or Lemon, If You Want A Real Lemony Cake; 18 Ounce Box)
  • 2/3 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 2/3 cups Water
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1 box Lemon Instant Jello Pudding, 3 Ounce Box
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Extract
  • 1-1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter

Method

  • Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes (when a toothpick comes out clean). When cake is done baking, remove from pan and let cool on a plate.
  • Glaze: mix the powdered sugar, lemon juice and butter until smooth, drizzle on cake.
