Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs. grated lemon peel
  • 2 Tbs. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 Tbs. snipped fresh chives
  • 2 Tbs. capers, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Method

  • In large shallow glass bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well blended.
  • Add vegetables or other foods to be marinated, turning to coat.
  • If preparing ahead, store in airtight container in refrigerator up to two days.
  • Stir well before using.
