Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh thyme
- 1 Tbs. snipped fresh chives
- 2 Tbs. capers, chopped
- 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Method
- In large shallow glass bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well blended.
- Add vegetables or other foods to be marinated, turning to coat.
- If preparing ahead, store in airtight container in refrigerator up to two days.
- Stir well before using.
