Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. fresh snipped dill or 3/4 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions

Method

  • Combine first 4 ingredients. Sprinkle over salmon and place in a reclosable bag. Place in a shallow glass container. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour over salmon and place in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Remove from bag and place on tinfoil. Cover with thinly sliced lemon and onions and wrap in foil, skin side down. Grill over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes until fish flakes. Enjoy.
