Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup crushed pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 2 box instant lemon pudding (small)
  • 3 cup milk

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • For the crust: Mix together, graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, and pecans.
  • Mix well and press into a 9x13 pan.
  • Bake at 325F for 20 minutes.
  • Let crust cool.
  • For the filling: Mix together the sugar, cheese, and half the tub of cool whip.
  • Spread on cooled crust.
  • Beat pudding and milk together until thick.
  • Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture.
  • Refrigerate until pudding is set (uncovered).
  • Spread remaining cool whip over pudding.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to enjoy!
