Ingredients
- 1 tall can Pet milk
- 3 lemons, juiced
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 box vanilla wafers
Method
- Chill milk 2 or 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
- Whip milk until thick.
- Add sugar and lemon juice; beat until thick. Layer mixture in bottom of bowl.
- Place wafers on top.
- Repeat until all is used.
- Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
