Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Beat cream cheese with mixer until light and fluffy.
- Beat in condensed milk and lemon juice, one tablespoon at a time (use more or less to taste).
- Pour into pie crust and chill several hours until firm.
