Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 3/4 c. hot water (boiling)
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 3/4 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon extract
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. powdered sugar
Method
- Mix jello and water together well and cool.
- Mix cake mix, jello, oil, eggs and extract well.
- Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
- Pour into 10-inch Bundt pan (well greased).
- Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.
- Cool slightly.
