- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon, grated
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Melt margarine, pecans and coconut.
- Put in bottom of greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Put next 7 ingredients in large bowl. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Spoon batter into pan.
- Bake in 350° preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
