Ingredients
- 1 (3 lb.) fryer, quartered
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice and brush with butter. Place on rack in a broiler pan, skin side down.
- Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over chicken.
- Broil for 20 minutes, brushing with some of the remaining butter frequently.
- Turn and broil until brown and tender, brushing with remaining butter occasionally.
