Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 head cabbage, shredded or torn
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can water
- 1 c. Minute rice
Method
- Put cabbage in boiling water; cook until slightly soft. Drain.
- Brown ground beef and onions until onions are clear and beef loses its pink.
- Drain.
- Add tomato soup, tomato sauce and water to meat.
- Prepare Minute rice as directed on package.
- Add meat and tomato mixture.
- In an 11 x 15-inch baking pan, layer cabbage and meat-tomato mixture; repeat once more.
- Cover with aluminum foil; bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
