Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans (fat-free, if you prefer)
  • 1 can green chiles, chopped
  • 1 large container sour cream
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • ripe black olives, chopped
  • 1 jar chunky salsa or picante sauce
  • 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Spread refried beans on the bottom of a flat casserole dish. Next, you mix cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth and layer it on top of the refried beans.
  • Next, you take the green chiles and layer that on top of the cream cheese/sour cream mixture. Take package of shredded Cheddar cheese and layer that on top of chiles.
  • Now you take shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and black olives and layer individually.
  • Now you pour the sauce on the top of all the ingredients.
  • Serve with nacho chips. Enjoy!
