Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans (Rosarita)
  • 1 small can green chilies, diced
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 can chopped olives
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/3 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Open
  • chilies and squeeze juice into the refried beans. Mix with
  • 1/2
  • package taco seasoning.
  • Spread bean mixture on platter.
  • Mix other half of package seasoning into sour cream. Spread
  • sour
  • cream over beans.
  • Arrange chilies, then olives, then
  • tomatoes
  • and
  • onion
  • over sour cream.
  • Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over
  • dish
  • right
  • before
  • serving.
  • If
  • you
  • take this somewhere,
  • keep cheese in separate container, then add before serving.
  • Serve with Doritos.
