Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen green peas
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 4 or 6 boiled eggs, crumbled
- 8 or 10 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Method
- Alternate layers of lettuce, celery, pepper, onion and green peas twice.
- Spread mayonnaise over top.
- Sprinkle sugar, cheese, bacon and eggs over mayonnaise.
- Seal tightly and refrigerate for 8 hours.
