Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz. each) pkg. orange gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- cold water
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add cold water to orange concentrate to make 2 cups.
- Stir into gelatin mixture.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Chill until thick as unbeaten egg whites.
- Spoon out 1 1/2 cups into a large bowl of mixer.
- Set aside.
