- fat or oil
- 1 pkg. refrigerator buttermilk or country-style biscuits
- sugar or cinnamon
Method
- Heat fat to 375°.
- Make a hole in center of each biscuit with thumb; stretch into doughnut shape.
- Fry in fat for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from pan; place on paper towels to drain.
- Roll in sugar or cinnamon; serve warm.
