Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 4 to 5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
- 1/2 or less onion, chopped
Method
- Tear lettuce into small pieces and distribute evenly in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Spread celery, eggs, peas, green pepper, onion and bacon over the lettuce.
