Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened*
  • 3 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 2 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding (I use sugar-free)*
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed*

Method

  • Mix cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine.
  • Press evenly onto bottom of a 13 x 9-inch dish or pan.
  • Arrange banana slices over crust.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually beat in milk and add pudding mixes.
  • Beat until well blended and spread over banana slices.
  • Spoon pineapple over pudding mixture.
  • Spread Cool Whip over pineapple.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve.
