- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened*
- 3 1/2 c. cold milk
- 2 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding (I use sugar-free)*
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed*
Method
- Mix cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine.
- Press evenly onto bottom of a 13 x 9-inch dish or pan.
- Arrange banana slices over crust.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually beat in milk and add pudding mixes.
- Beat until well blended and spread over banana slices.
- Spoon pineapple over pudding mixture.
- Spread Cool Whip over pineapple.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve.
