Ingredients
- 1/4 cups Cumin Seeds
- 3 whole Black Peppercorns
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Seeds
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Sea Salt
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
Method
- Combine cumin, peppercorn and coriander in a heavy medium skillet. Stir over medium heat until fragrant and toasted, about 8 minutes. Cool slightly. Finely grind toasted spices in the blender. Add salt, sugar and garlic powder. Transfer to a bowl or container.
