Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 box lasagne noodles
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder
  • onion flakes

Method

  • Prepare noodles by package directions.
  • Brown ground chuck. Add seasonings to taste.
  • Add tomato paste and 1 or 1 1/2 cans of water.
  • Stir in tomato paste and water; let simmer.
  • (You may season more here.)
  • Oil bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Layer noodles to cover bottom.
  • Add 1 layer of meat sauce, then layer some Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese.
  • Continue layering and end with cheese on top.
  • Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
