Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 box lasagne noodles
- 2 cans tomato paste
- Mozzarella cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- onion flakes
Method
- Prepare noodles by package directions.
- Brown ground chuck. Add seasonings to taste.
- Add tomato paste and 1 or 1 1/2 cans of water.
- Stir in tomato paste and water; let simmer.
- (You may season more here.)
- Oil bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Layer noodles to cover bottom.
- Add 1 layer of meat sauce, then layer some Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese.
- Continue layering and end with cheese on top.
- Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
