Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) box lasagna noodles
- 3 lb. ground chuck
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 6 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 large container Ricotta cheese
Method
- Cook the lasagna noodles and drain well.
- Brown ground chuck and add salt and pepper and Italian spices to taste.
- When meat is browned, add spaghetti sauce and heat thoroughly.
- In 9 x 13-inch pan, begin layering.
- Start with noodles, then meat mixture and 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese.
- Begin another layer of noodles, meat mixture and whole container of Ricotta cheese.
- Begin last layer of noodles, meat mixture and top with remaining 3 cups of Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
