- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 6 bay leaves
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 2 raw eggs
- Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Brown ground beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, salt and pepper together.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, tomatoes, oregano and bay leaves.
- Simmer, covered, at least 2 hours or until cooked down.
- Stir often.
- Boil 1 package of lasagna noodles; blanch and drain.
- Grease a large 9 x 13-inch casserole.
