- 1 lb. ground beef, cooked
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 12 oz. tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
Method
- Cook first 6 ingredients together to make meat sauce.
- Mix remaining ingredients together except for the Mozzarella cheese to make the cheese mixture.
- Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Put thin layer of tomato sauce mixture in bottom of pan.
- Next, layer uncooked lasagna noodles, next 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture and then 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layering, saving some tomato mixture for top.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
