Ingredients
- 32 oz. sauce (spaghetti)
- 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
- 3/4 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 8 lasagna noodles
Method
- Combine sauce and water in bowl.
- Mix well.
- In separate bowl, combine Ricotta, cottage, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses, egg and nutmeg.
