- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 c. water
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Parmesan cheese
- Romano cheese
- Mozzarella cheese, grated
Method
- Brown meat with onion and garlic; drain fat.
- Add salt, oregano, marjoram, pepper, bay leaf, tomato paste, water and Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer at least 30 minutes.
