Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Romano cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated

Method

  • Brown meat with onion and garlic; drain fat.
  • Add salt, oregano, marjoram, pepper, bay leaf, tomato paste, water and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Simmer at least 30 minutes.
