Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. self rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/3 c. canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. cold water
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sift dry ingredients into an 8 x 8 inch pyrex baking dish or pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix well.
- Make 3 holes; pour oil, vinegar and vanilla in separate holes.
- Pour water over all.
- Mix well with a fork, but do not beat.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Leave in pan and frost while warm.
