Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. self rising flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/3 c. canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. cold water

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Sift dry ingredients into an 8 x 8 inch pyrex baking dish or pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix well.
  • Make 3 holes; pour oil, vinegar and vanilla in separate holes.
  • Pour water over all.
  • Mix well with a fork, but do not beat.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Leave in pan and frost while warm.
