Ingredients
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green onions with tops
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 3 c. cooked rice (cook in beef broth)
- 1 c. mushrooms, drained (optional)
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Saute onions and oleo until soft.
- Add rice, salt and mushrooms.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Fluff lightly with a fork.
