- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 12 cup julienned carrot
- 3 chicken breasts, sliced or 2 small sirloin steaks
- 34 cup light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- broccoli (optional) or asparagus (optional)
Method
- In a large skillet heat oil add carrot and stir fry 2 minutes over med-high.
- Add chicken or beef and cook until lightly browned.
- Add rest of ingredients and reduce heat simmering covered until meat is cooked to your liking.
