Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 12 cup julienned carrot
  • 3 chicken breasts, sliced or 2 small sirloin steaks
  • 34 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • broccoli (optional) or asparagus (optional)

Method

  • In a large skillet heat oil add carrot and stir fry 2 minutes over med-high.
  • Add chicken or beef and cook until lightly browned.
  • Add rest of ingredients and reduce heat simmering covered until meat is cooked to your liking.
