Ingredients
- 1 block Konnyaku
- 120 grams Napa cabbage kimchi
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tbsp Usukuchi soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Green onions
Method
- Slice the konnyaku as thinly as you can and boil in water with a pinch of salt.
- Drain.
- Put the mayonnaise in a frying pan and fry the konnyaku until they slightly brown.
- Add the kimchi to the pan and mix with the konnyaku.
- Add the sugar, sake, and soy sauce and simmer until the liquid cooks off.
- Drizzle in some sesame oil and immediately turn off the heat.
- Garnish with chopped green onions to finish!
