Ingredients
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 pkg. vegetable soup (dry 1.4 oz. box)
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) c. water chestnuts, chopped
- 3 c. chopped green onions
Method
- Thaw spinach and squeeze dry.
- Stir soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise until blended.
- Stir in spinach, chestnuts and onions. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
- Stir before serving.
- Makes 4 cups.
