Ingredients
- 1 can chili (15 oz., without beans)
- 6 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 onion
- 1 small green pepper
- 3/4 small bottle catsup
- 3 drops Tabasco (optional)
Method
- Chop up onion and green pepper.
- Then saute onion and green pepper in a small amount of margarine or butter until they are tender.
- Add can of chili and catsup to onion and pepper pan. Stir and heat slowly.
- Stir in grated Cheddar cheese.
- Add Tabasco sauce if desired.
- Serve hot with Fritos.
