Ingredients

  • 1 can chili (15 oz., without beans)
  • 6 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 3/4 small bottle catsup
  • 3 drops Tabasco (optional)

Method

  • Chop up onion and green pepper.
  • Then saute onion and green pepper in a small amount of margarine or butter until they are tender.
  • Add can of chili and catsup to onion and pepper pan. Stir and heat slowly.
  • Stir in grated Cheddar cheese.
  • Add Tabasco sauce if desired.
  • Serve hot with Fritos.
