- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 medium onion
- 2 c. grated Velveeta Mexican cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can Ro-Tel diced chili and tomatoes
Method
- Microwave chicken 9 to 10 minutes per pound (or cook in water).
- Cut tortillas into 2 x 1-inch pieces.
- Chop onion.
