Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked cubed chicken
- 2 c. diced celery, boiled until tender
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Accent (optional)
- 1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Method
- Mix and pile lightly in 8 1/4 x 13 1/4-inch Pyrex baking dish. Sprinkle cheese, then potato chips over contents of dish. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
