Ingredients

  • 1 onion medium
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil organic
  • 1 tablespoon ghee organic
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 celery
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups cabbage chopped
  • 1/2 pound kielbasa Nitrate Free
  • 1 can diced tomatoes undrained
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can white beans organic
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • fresh parsley

Method

  • Saute onion in oil and ghee in stock pot
  • Add carrots and celery, saute for 3 min
  • Add water, chopped cabbage, kielbasa, and canned tomatoes. Boil covered 15-20 min.
  • Add salt, pepper, white beans, and vinegar. Simmer uncovered 5-10 Min
  • Add fresh parsley. 3 min and serve
