Ingredients
- 1 small head cabbage, coarsely diced
- 3 small potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 lb. kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
Method
- Put vegetables, seasonings and sausage in a crock-pot.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Cover.
- Cook on low for 6 to 10 hours or on high for 2 to 4 hours.
- Serves 4.
