Ingredients
- 8 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 cup shredded then chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 2 1/2 tsp lemon jucice
Method
- Be sure to chop cabbage and carrots fine pieces
- combine all remaining ingredients, mix well (i like to use the bender) pour over cabbage and carrots in large bowl mix very well
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hrs
