Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 envelope instant tomato soup mix
- 1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. water
Method
- Combine flour, tomato soup mix and salad dressing mix.
- Mix well.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Rinse chicken in cold water.
- Coat with mixture, twice if you want crispy.
- Bake for 1 hour until tender.
- Brush with oil and water mixture several times during cooking.
- Serves 4 to 6.
