Ingredients
- 1 (10 1/2 to 12 oz.) pkg. Amish noodles
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 can boneless chicken
- 2 c. sour cream
Method
- Cook noodles in chicken broth and drain.
- Combine mushrooms, chicken soup, chicken and sour cream.
- Add to noodles.
- Put into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
