Ingredients

  • 1 can Hunt's chili-ready tomatoes (only comes in one size)
  • 1/4 small white onion
  • 4 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
  • 1 can Old El Paso mild green chilies (smallest size)
  • 1 to 3 tsp. jalapeno peppers (fresh, canned or jar; hot!)

Method

  • Put all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend on low or chop speed, stopping to stir 3 to 4 times.
  • Blend until thick consistency or chunky.
  • Total blending time is about 30 seconds.
  • Refrigerate; keeps 2 weeks.
  • Zero grams of fat! Serve with tortilla chips.
  • Can be made ahead of time.
