Ingredients
- 1 can Hunt's chili-ready tomatoes (only comes in one size)
- 1/4 small white onion
- 4 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 1 can Old El Paso mild green chilies (smallest size)
- 1 to 3 tsp. jalapeno peppers (fresh, canned or jar; hot!)
Method
- Put all ingredients in blender.
- Blend on low or chop speed, stopping to stir 3 to 4 times.
- Blend until thick consistency or chunky.
- Total blending time is about 30 seconds.
- Refrigerate; keeps 2 weeks.
- Zero grams of fat! Serve with tortilla chips.
- Can be made ahead of time.
