Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a saucepan, melt 1 cup butter.
- Stir in cocoa and water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- In a large mixing bowl combine flour, brown sugar, soda, cinnamon and salt.
- Add cocoa mixture; beat well.
- Stir in 1/3 cup of Eagle Brand milk, eggs and vanilla.
- Pour into a greased 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
- Bake 15 minutes.
