Ingredients
- 3 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 pt. water
- 2-inch vanilla bean
- 4 Tbsp. instant coffee in 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 fifth vodka
Method
- Dissolve sugar in water. Add vanilla bean; boil 30 minutes. Remove bean. Mix well, stirring while adding the vodka and coffee. Seal for 21 days. Makes two fifths. "Longer it sits, better it is."
