Ingredients
- 4 hogsheads brandy
- 1 pipet malaga wine
- 20 gal. lime juice
- 2500 lemons
- 1300 lb. sugar
- 5 lb. grated nutmeg
- 8 hogshead water
- 300 toasted biscuits
- 1 attendant
- 1 rowboat
- 1 fountain
- 1 (6 oz.) dipper
Method
- Thoroughly mix brandy, water, wine and lime juice in fountain. Add sugar; mix to dissolve.
- Garnish with quartered lemons, nutmeg and toasted biscuits.
- Place attendant with dipper in rowboat and float in fountain.
- Dip and serve.
