Ingredients
- 4 large new potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. grated onion
- 1/3 c. light cream
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°. Peel potatoes; cut in finger-size pieces. Place in casserole; sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake, covered, for 45 to 50 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
