Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 4 Tbsp. water
- 5 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
Method
- Stir the first 3 ingredients together.
- Sift the flour, cinnamon and salt together.
- Add flour mixture to sugar mixture; add baking soda and milk.
- Stir raisins and oats into dough.
- Drop very small amount from a teaspoon on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 7 to 8 minutes until cookies are set, but not brown.
