Ingredients
- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 3 qt. salted water
- 2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 medium sized onion
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 lb. lean bacon
- juice of 1 small lemon
Method
- Boil fish fillet in water for 5 minutes.
- Then remove fish to cool.
- Add to the water sliced potatoes.
- Let them cook until well dissolved.
- Then add onion and diced potatoes.
- When onion starts getting soft, add sliced tomatoes.
