Ingredients
- 7 ounces butter
- 34 cup sugar
- 10 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1 egg
- 12 cup corn syrup
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 5 12 ounces butter
- 14 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 12 cups confectioners' sugar, 10x
- food coloring (optional)
Method
- Directions for cookie:.
- Melt butter and sugar.
- Add melted chocolate, egg, corn syrup.
- Mix and add dry.
- Let sit out overnight.
- Roll into logs.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Slice Oreos and bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
- Directions for filling:
- Cream butter.
- Add 10X and vanilla.
- Add food coloring as desired.
- Roll in a log.
- Slice and place in between cooked Oreos.
