Ingredients

  • 7 ounces butter
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 10 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • 12 cup corn syrup
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 5 12 ounces butter
  • 14 teaspoon vanilla
  • 5 12 cups confectioners' sugar, 10x
  • food coloring (optional)

Method

  • Directions for cookie:.
  • Melt butter and sugar.
  • Add melted chocolate, egg, corn syrup.
  • Mix and add dry.
  • Let sit out overnight.
  • Roll into logs.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Slice Oreos and bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
  • Directions for filling:
  • Cream butter.
  • Add 10X and vanilla.
  • Add food coloring as desired.
  • Roll in a log.
  • Slice and place in between cooked Oreos.
