Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. uncooked instant rice
Method
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet, stirring to crumble. Drain and return to skillet.
- Add remaining ingredients, except rice, stirring to mix.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add rice.
- Cover and remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
- Yields 4 servings.
