Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. butter extract
  • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. butter extract
  • 3 Tbsp. milk

Method

  • Mix first 7 ingredients and pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
  • Then combine nuts, 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this over top of batter and marble in with knife.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
  • Cool slightly on rack.
  • Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, butter extract and milk and pour over cake.
  • This is great for any occasion!
